Trilingual, French, English and Spanish, after a career devoted to higher education, I embraced that of coaching at the age of 30, in the first place within a Scandinavian group and from 2011 within my own company. From the age of 26, having to systematically carry out several positions at the same time, including that of VP then executive, I soon developed an ability to prioritize and build strategic alliances or teams. Always engaged in associations and practising sport at competition then leisure level, the red thread of my life is that of revealing, potentializing and giving meaning.In 2011, I founded SYNARGIES with the awareness that teams, learning and purpose were the keys to organization longevity. Binding these 3 essentials together was essential to keep economy connected to Life. I deepened the awareness over the time and created SWITTCH, the coaching method for sustainability.Practicing coaching at strategic, organizational, team, relational and individual level, I found the red thread: alignment and simplification. Focusing on purpose had to be more pragmatic so that I developed a skill for clarifying the desired final impact in all actions. This naturally led my coaching practice to sustainability and responsibility. The certification course in organization relationship system coaching completed this responsible commitment with a methodological frame and skills to simplify complexity.
