As an Assistant Superintendent my areas of responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing trade partners of multiple trades ensuring productivity as it relates to job site plans, meetings exceeding job site deadlines, and ensuring OSHA standards are maintained at all times. Additionally, I have overseen multiple phases of two 80 million dollar multi-family builds from the ground up utilizing PROCORE.

While working as a Service Manager at Massey Services I lead and managed seven service techs, ensuring productivity, providing excellent customer service, and meeting all time requirements and quotas. In addition to staff performance, I also managed all purchasing, service routes, and company vehicle maintenance.

As a Corrections Officer, I maintained the care, custody, and control of approximately 16 to 140 County inmates. Areas of responsibility include but were not limited to intake, general population, maximum security, and mental health. In addition to the care of inmates, I was responsible for the productivity of inmate workers, policy and procedures of each units specific requirements, and training new officers.

Upon honorable discharge, I was Ammo Team Chief. I was responsible for six individuals, including myself, as well as upwards of 8 million dollars worth of military equipment. As team chief, I was held to a high standard with ensuring my teams productivity in maintaining equipment cleanliness and functionality for all field operations. Prior to being Ammo Team Chief, I was the Range control officer, managing all range operations, communicating with all officers in charge ensuring safety all service members as it relates to the range.
