I am part of the amazing team at Rochdale AFC Community Trust, working as a Health and Inclusion Coach!Since I started back in April 2022, I have been able to build my confidence and leadership skills, while always trying to be positive!A year and a half of experience, working with children aged 5-18 mainly with Disability's, which as been very rewarding!What keeps me motivated? Well I'm very proactive you see, so I always aim to get the job done and be ready for the next, so if I finish one session, how can I make it better for the participants? How can I make it better for me? How can I understand more to help others? At the end when I'm old, I want to look back and see that I have made an impact on children, adolescents and even adults with Special Educational Needs and/or a Disability as well as neruro-diverse people.Across my time in education, volunteering and in work, I have obtained many skills, including Leadership, Confidence, Positive Mindset, Emotional Intelligence, Perseverance and especially Communicating with others.
