The key function of my role is to work with the senior management team to drive business change, improving staff and company performance. I manage projects from conception to implementation across the business using PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies.I am responsible for designing internal systems, application integration, data migration, CRM customisation, database management and delivering staff training. I have successfully managed a number of key projects across the group whilst engaging with stakeholders, managing risks, requirement building and working to budgets and deadlines.
