23 years of experience in the Musical Instrument industry. I worked for the top brick and mortar MI retailer for 15 years, 10 those as a General Manager at 5 different locations including a flagship location in San Francisco CA.During that time I developed a love for sales, merchandising, and coaching. In 2011 I moved to the manufacturing side of the industry where I currently manage the western US territory for the world’s premier manufacturer of musical instrument accessories. I am goal oriented, with outstanding leadership qualities. Driven, and great at problem solving, I am tenacious, creative, and loyal. I never get tired of finding ways to improve workflow and processes, and I love helping those on my team wherever I can. Increased efficiency inevitably leads to increased productivity.I have been in sales for 23 years and sales is all about relationships. In turn, relationships are built on trust.
