Nathan W. Birch Jr has three years of intensive experience in developing and implementing rigorous and comprehensive monitoring and evaluation for the International non- governmental organization. He comes from a strong back ground with appreciable years of hands on Monitoring and EvaluationExperience working presently for Winrock International as Monitoring and Evaluation Field Coordinator in action to reduce child labor. He holds a BSc Degree of science in Economics from the A.M.E University Liberia. His strengths lie in capacity building of staff and implementing partners, experience training community volunteers in data collection, design data collection tools to monitor outputs, outcomes and impact of the project to be used at both community and project level, conducting studies for base line purposes, assessments, develop performance tracking tables, reporting , documenting, disseminating success stories and lessons learned. Mr. Birch is respectful, professional, committed and performed accuracy for institutions accomplishment.
