In addition to scheduling and guiding customers on bike tours around Nantucket, I assisted in the promotion of the Nantucket Bike Tour brand, along with the promotion of the Handlebar Cafe, and assisted with the basic upkeep of the equipment and bike shop.This internship offered an incredibly valuable opportunity to learn from exceptional small business leaders within the Nantucket Community, and to practice developing personal communication and leadership skills with each new group of clients, constructing every bike tour to fit the unique needs of each group, family, or even individual guest.
