Tasked with becoming the Scrum Master for one of the pilot Agile teams in my organization while also performing code review and managing the deployments and implementations of the 50+ developers in my area.Also responsible for providing support across the Default Organization with a dual focus on defining and developing queries and reporting related to operational performance as well as conducting analytical business tasks such as working with the business to scope and define overall reporting needs to align with strategy. Additionally responsible for helping to manage strategic initiatives; identify process efficiencies as they relate to data; designing, developing and maintaining PL/SQL scripts while preparing automation; and effectively examining, troubleshooting, and providing analysis to customers.

Responsible for providing product demonstrations and technical consultations to prospective customers in order to determine their specific business processes and IT infrastructure, and in turn use that information to create an application using the Centerbase platform to make their business processes more efficient, effective, and allow for their complex internal data to become more easily accessed, managed, and reported on. Additional responsibilities include internal and external technical support, assisting with management of internal IT infrastructure, conducting product training sessions, project and product management, and both involvement in and oversight of the development and implementation of customer solutions using an Agile methodology.

Responsible for automating and maintaining database processes for clients using MS Access, SQL, VB, and SSIS. Troubleshoot process, data, and technical issues as needed. Manage projects to develop new services for clients. Work with clients to develop further new project and service opportunities.

Onsite contract PC maintenance and consulting on an as needed basis

Responsible for general recruiting duties, sourcing candidates, phone interviews and reference checks

Responsible for all opening/closing procedures, scheduling, stocking and customer satisfaction

Responsible for receiving, printing and binding new orders, graphic design for customers, computer and print equipment trouble shooting & repair, stocking shelves and general customer support

Responsible for working with customers to find book selections, organizing racks, cashiering and balancing money at end of shift

Responsible for general recruiting duties and phone interviews, as well as interoffice ad design
