Supervised crews, rig up/rig down on all completion equipment. Pressure control on frac and snubbing procedures. Maintained all completion equipment and followed all company procedures and SOPs until well was turned to production.Determined and developed resolutions to an assortment of problems encountered at the wellsite of moderately complex scope where analysis of situations or data required a review of a variety of factors.Directly managed a team of two or more Field Operators.
