Charlottesville, Virginia Area

Afghanistan

• Controlled ISR assets assigned to Special Operations Forces to collect on commander’s priority intelligence requirements, provide up to date information on the area of operations and to provide security to operations. • Provided daily intelligence updates to the commander via multiple products to clearly represent the daily occurrences in the area of operations and the outcomes of SOF Operations. Utilizing SIGACT trend analysis to show the effects of operations on the battlefield. • Served as a direct link between S2 and S3 in the operations room. Maintaining continuity of intelligence operations and ensuring that commander’s intent was distributed to the intelligence section.
