Current• Worked to support digital and physical projects, including the corporate implementation of Office 365, the temporary move of Hamilton’s busiest Emergency Department, the installation of a state-of-the-art hospital phone system, and the addition of cognitive computing models to St. Joseph’s Epic system• Spearheaded change management efforts through the creation of tipsheets and FAQs, current and future state workflow mapping, and at-the-elbow user support• Prepared essential staff communications and emergency preparedness documentation to support the temporary movement of the Emergency Department at Charlton Campus• Assisted in the development of essential project documentation and communications for internal and external audiences, including Project Charters, Statements of Work, risk/issue logs, Business Cases, and Project Plans
