DGX KVM Virtualization Development

• Deployed a deep learning model in an embedded system to make real-time inferences on incoming data from wearable sensors (C language).• Developed an artificial neural network in Python (Keras API) to train the machine learning model and predict body posture/positioning based on sensor data.• Implemented a smart power management routine for the embedded system by using the machine learning model’s predictions.• Analyzed wearable sensors’ performance with MATLAB scripts, then ported the code and integrated these routines into a larger Java application used for debugging in R&D.• Found where firmware bugs originated and make updates to various codebases. Checked all code in the company’s Git repositories.

Research published in Science.• Developed an Arduino program (based on C language) to autonomously actuate on-device microfluidics with SPI.• Prototyped a 4-layer PCB in EAGLE CAD to actuate on-device microfluidics.• Designed and fabricated a network of microfluidic channels on the medical device (AutoCAD).• Integrated an Arduino ATmega328p processor through SPI port connections to the medical device.
