Provide consultation services on• Portfolio selection or management• Clinical development strategy & planning• Biologics or Chemical Drug, across Therapeutic Area• Biopharmaceuticals or Devices Development• Asset evaluation, development plan & risk management, commercialization risk assessment• Enhanced Clinical Trial Design (ECTD) & Enhanced Quantitative Drug Development (EQDD)• Trial design and implementation planning for all phases• Medical monitoring & Pharmacovigilance planning and management

Serve as a key member of the executive team. Oversee and responsible for OBI portfolio clinical development strategy, planning and implementation. Supervise and direct Clinical Research Teams, including Clinical/Medical Sciences, Biostatistics, Safety & Pharmacovigilance, and Clinical Operations. Lead and work collaboratively with R&D, Regulatory and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and a seamless transition from the R&D to Commercial phases of development of OBI’s global pipeline (Immunotherapy in oncology)

I led a group of Clinical Program Leads/Clinicians within Pfizer Global Medicines Development organization responsible for development and implementation of clinical development strategy and plan of Pfizer products across all therapeutic and diseases areas leading to registration approval in China. In this role I served as the overarching interface on Pfizer Development Assets (both early & late phase) in China to ensure coordination between various functional lines and platforms in China as well as collaboration between global development teams to support Pfizer business objectives in China. Responsibility includes 1) Oversaw and led to collaborate with global clinical and local commercial development colleagues for Pfizer China Portfolio evaluation and planning; 2) Oversaw and led to set up China portfolio development strategy and clinical plans to support registration approval in China; 3) Oversaw to ensure timely and quality development and implementation of clinical development strategies that would deliver significant portion of clinical plans leading to approval in China; 4) Be accountable for overall clinical deliverables of Pfizer portfolio in China; and 5) Managed, coached and provided resource for technical training and career development of my group members.

Serves as the key interface on Development Assets for Asia and provides coordination (“One Pfizer”) between EMBU, PCBU, SCBU, OBU Global Teams, WRD, China PCO Medical & Regulatory, China DevOps, RMM’s, Asia China R&D Center and various Platform Functions and the country/regional organizations in Asia, with a primary focus on China.Manages and coaches a Group of Clinical Scientists working as the primary study clinicians of clinical trials for China/Asia registration in support of Emerging Market Business Unit objectives in China/Asia across Disease Areas.
