Senior Designer for BTL, a promotions/below the line agency working with a number of high-profile FMCG companies and other clients in industrial, construction supplies, retail and services industries. This position included oversight and development of junior designers and also establishing the structural processes for server & file management. The role later expanded to Traffic/Studio Manager - further involving organising workflow and support, quality control, taking briefs & overseeing delivery as well as supporting the Creative Director.
