Managing the IT services for three companies within the group across Australasia.Redesigned server infrastructure to fit with current groups requirements and moving to cloud based solution's for CRM (Salesforce) and ERP.Transferred data and data to new owner that one of the companies in the group was sold too. Staff appraisals for infrastructure and helpdesk team. On-going review of infrastructure across all sites and budget for improvements to present to the board Involvement in new IS projects to ensure they are cost effective, work within our IS environment and can be support.
