I'm passionate about wine and the wine industry, I have enjoyed the twenty six years I've spent working with Wine and am looking for a company that I can further develop my knowledge and skills that would benefit from my contacts and service reputation in the industry. I've managed the NT as regional manager for wine both on and off premise, managed buying for large retail group, manage the front of house for busy award wining Canberra cafe one day a week, operated as fine wine specialist and on-premise specialist and educator to restaurants, cafe and major hotels for a ten year period. I build rapport quickly and maintain good working relationships with industry contacts here in Canberra regional NSW and in many other areas. I'm a supporter of the SKAL club a key hospitality management industry group.I'm a supporter of the SHOM ambassador golf group that maintains business relationship s between Canberra businesses and Ambassadors and embassies.
