A small plastic recycling company in southcentral Pennsylvania. I helped the company adapt and grow as we added more employees, improved processes, and developed relationships with vendors and customers in plastic manufacturing. Responsibilities included developing processes for managing AP/AR, processing payroll, onboarding new employees, and other business management tasks.

Growing up on a family farm, I learned first hand how small business owners made decisions by watching my parents interact with their community peers and business advisors. Farm life had some of the best experiences and I learned from an early age to network with other farmers in our community. I still have robust connections in Agriculture and Ag-related business owner community.My main responsibilities ranged from basic farm duties, such as fieldwork, milking, and filling in wherever needed. I also learned basic accounting by helping use Quickbooks for our farm accounting.
