The work specifics were different from Westinghouse but I was able to incorporate what I previously learnt into the new job role.I have the ability and skill to learn quickly and I am trusted to complete important tasks. I am confident with my engineering capabilities and now seek to progress and take on more responsibilities and challenges. I was also involved in a lot of site work over this period of time.During my career at Westinghouse (Chippenham), I was responsible for the production, build and installations of various signalling equipment. I would independently wire and build these systems by use of the appropriate drawings and manuals. Often the design would be complex and unique, in these situations I would liaise with the designers and use innovation techniques to create a working prototype model. I am familiar and experienced with a comprehensive range of tools.The following list gives an insight to the various types of signalling equipment I have engineered and built whilst employed by Westinghouse. I have been individually trained on each system and can build each to a high standard.
