Delighted to join back with AAB full time after graduating from university with a 2:1. Looking forward to the challenges ahead as the journey begins! Currently working towards my ICAS qualification.

After a successful 6 month placement at AAB, I was given the opportunity to work during the summer of 2021 before going back to university for 4th year in September. I joined back up with the Business Advisory department at AAB which consisted of carrying out work in which I was already familiar with. From impressing further during this time and delivering a high level of service to clients, I am grateful to announce that I will be joining AAB team on a full time basis after completing my degree in May 2022.

Placement during 3rd year of my course at RGU. Over the 5 months, the work consisted of completing management accounts for international companies, preparing year end accounts and using software such as sage and xero. Gaining valuable experience along the way gave me skills that can be used not just in the accounting world but in other aspects of life. Due to covid, placement was cut short to 6 months rather than the year and was completed at home due to not being allowed in the office.

Delivering an efficient service at a high quality to the public. I started as a food server working under pressure to get the food out on time to customers. After turning 18, I worked more on the bar, serving drinks to customer. Becoming a more senior member of staff, I had to deal with customer issues when they arose and pass on accurate information to the manager.
