• Working for First Personnel, my role was split into two key areas, resourcing and site coordination.As a resourcing consultant for the company my duties included:
• Post the positions of work available for my clients
• Short list any CV’s I would receive and interview any prospective candidates
• Register any successful candidates and give them an induction or training if requested by the clientMy duties as Site Coordinator included:
• Find out the staffing requirements needed
• Book any relevant staff available for said job

• Working as a General Warehouse Operative, my duties included:
• Making chairs for luxury model Landrovers using several different power tools
• Keeping my workstation tidy
• Abiding to all health and safety aspects of the job
• Communicating with other staff and line managers
• General stock taking.

• As an out of hour’s recruitment officer I would:
• Be in charge of a number of different offices
• Make sure all warehouse staff and drivers were at work or on the way to work.
• Make sure all of our clients’ needs were met, these included getting extra staff in, cancel staff or deal with any other problems the clients may have.

• Soon after joining as a General Labourer, I was promoted to Supervisor, my duties included:
• Making sure all staff were in on time
• Making sure all staff were working to the companies standards
• Making sure all health and safety issues were dealt with and upheld
• Discipline staff as and when needed.

• As a General Labourer, I was responsible for:
• Repacking old stock into new packaging
• Recycling p.v.c plastics and windows.
