About Nathan Fair

Until his transition to Regional Director of the Americas for Seed Company in 2019, Nathan served through Youth With A Mission (YWAM). Throughout his 20+ years with YWAM, he focused on building and developing strategic partnerships throughout the Americas. As the Americas Regional Director, he oversees all the Bible Translation projects, partner development and technical internships for Seed Company in the Region. Nathan has worked in 32 countries, including the Americas, where he has traveled to 46 US States, Canada, Guatemala, Peru, Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, Ecuador, Argentina, Ecuador, Suriname, Guyana, Jamaica, T&T and Honduras. They also lived in Guadalajara, Mexico for three years and worked in Northern Mexico for six years.Nathan currently lives in East Texas in the city of Lindale, Texas and has been married to Amey for 22 years. Together, they have four boys; Benjamin (20), Averic (18), Deacon (15) and Thatcher (8).
