Built Orchard Supply Hardware Business Account program from scratch and launched 5% off Value Proposition for Lowe’s Business Credit accounts.

Served as lead client relationship manager, providing long-term strategic direction while managing day-to-day program execution. Managed all JCPenney Promotional Financing programs and the JCP Rewards multi-tender loyalty program. -Led the JCP Rewards Integration and Reissue. Rebranded all collateral and reissued new plastics to 14MM cardholders, the largest reissue in the history of Retail Finance at the time. (2010)-Led overhaul of the Promo Financing process and statement redesign to comply with regulatory changes. (2010) -Managed execution of JCPenney Rewards MasterCard marketing programs including Balance Transfers, Benefits Reinforcement and Spend and Gets. (2007-2008)
