I graduated from Brigham Young University – Idaho in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and was a member of the Architecture and Construction Management Society (ACMS). I have taken courses in Construction Estimating, Construction Documents, and Building Information Modeling(BIM). I have used Bluebeam Revu in most of my classes and co founded the BYU-Idaho Bluebeam User Group (BUG) to help other students better utilize this software. While attending school I worked for a local concrete construction company, KB Construction, as a Supervisor where I have created spreadsheets on Microsoft Excel to reduce the time taken to create material takeoffs and bid estimates in addition to forming, pouring, and finishing foundations and flatwork. As an Assistant Superintendent, I coordinated work between subcontractors to maintain the project schedule and budget and ensure adherence to the scope of work. I am a Warranty Manager with Sterling Homes located in the Treasure Valley where I have had the opportunity to develop and run a Warranty department. I inspect all incoming warranty claims and determine whether they fall within the terms of warranty and schedule work with trade partners.
