Responsible for providing consulting, design, technical, integration, and training services for ERP systems, document imaging systems, and back-office automation systems, namely:- Infor Lawson Financials (Accounts Payable, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable Invoice Automation (APIA));- Infor Process Automation (IPA)- Infor Cloud (multi-tenant and single-tenant)- Infor Expense Management (XM)- Infor Business Intelligence (BI)- Infor Dynamic Enterprise Performance Management (dEPM)- Lawson Business Intelligence (LBI), including Crystal Reports, SQL, and Lawson database;- Perceptive Software document imaging and automation, including ImageNow and Perceptive Content, Brainware/IntelliCapture/PIC (OCR for invoices), eForms, and Infor Lawson integration (Financials and Human Resources)Maintain expert-level proficiency in SQL, Javascript, data analysis, and data conversions.

Provide application support to various business areas including Finance, Accounts Payable, Payroll, HR, and Supply Chain. - Troubleshoot incidents assigned to the team while working with users to identify process/procedure error or software deflect/bug. - Lead IT and business initiatives and projects with business areas by helping to develop, test, and train. Keep software systems up to date by applying and installing patches and software upgrades, ensuring new featured are explored and implemented when appropriate. - Report and dashboard development within the Lawson system using Crystal Reports and Lawson Business Intelligence.- Design and Develop business process automation through Infor IPA.
