•Small Group Leadership * Responsible for the vision casting, the administration, and designing of the small group ministry. * Responsible for the recruitment, training, and coaching of small group leaders. * Improved the level of small group participation in the church from 100 to over 300 * Created several themed video based small group series * Increased the level of small groups from 10 to 30+ •Team Leadership * Provide supervision for the Care Team ministry, a team of volunteers who provide pastoral care to members dealing with hardships as well as those in the hospital. * Coordinate with our adult ministry leaders such as Men’s Ministries, Women’s Ministries, Marriage Ministries, and Community Outreach. * Collaborate with the church staff for numerous community events•Curriculum Design & Christian Education * Manage and design the Adult Christian Education department * Design courses and coordinate classes offered to members * Taught numerous classes that ranged in topic and resourced teachers in their development. * Develop a marketing plan for the classes offered throughout the year.•Construct marketing strategies that include pieces intended to communicate internally and externally•Performed a communication audit of the churches communication practices with their first time guests.

Built from the ground up, a highly successful leadership and discipleship training program for college students. My role involved recruitment, administration, and vision casting in addition to the development of all staff and students. Through my ten years leading the program, we saw over 120 students come through the program and participate in numerous camps, conferences, missions trips. Additionally, we facilitated numerous school assemblies and training for high schoolers and middle schoolers. Our program attracted college age students from around the country who developed in every area of their life.We received an award after 10 years for maintaining a level of excellence in our program.
