Balanced role between Product Engineering and Technical Sales.Engineering responsibilities include generating drawings in AutoCAD and Solidworks, reviewing customer specifications and communicating requirements to Sales, creating marketing literature for the company using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, administrating our engineering document management.

Fully transferred to the Product Engineering department. Supported Sales and customers by answering and providing technical information such as flow coefficient curves, flow rate calculations, and area reinforcement calculations. Gave presentations to customers and internal training to Sales. Created various technical documentation such as work.

In addition to continuing to manage projects, started working more closely with the engineering department by answering customer technical questions via phone or email, reviewing technical specifications and communicating necessary steps to meet requirements to Sales, and creating technical literature.

Same responsibilities as previous position but was additionally put as one of two main points of contact for our largest client.

Managed projects on the sales end. Worked with various departments such as engineering for technical specification review and accounting for review of commercial terms. Built and maintained positive relationships with customers through total customer focus.

Quoting customers on stock product via phone or email and processing stock orders.
