I am an ambitious, self-driven individual with a proven track record of being an excellent educator and middle manager. I consider communication to be my strongest core skill, and am fluent in both Welsh and English. I am an assured leader and strive to perform to the best of my abilities in all that I take on. During my time in teaching I have won a number of awards which I am proud of and have built a record as a pro-active, sector leading leader of my subjects. I am always looking to learn and improve, and am constantly looking to challenge myself.
