Seed Sower LLC is a consulting company designed to help increase the impact of existing organizations who serve the Behavioral Health Community, African American Community, and youth who lack systemic permanency. I started this company because I saw a disproportionate gap in service for multiple communities during my tenure in different youth behavioral health leadership positions. My background as an African American Male, ex-collegiate and professional athlete, and Behavioral Health Technician that specialized in working with youth in foster care to create positive identities and opportunities for permanency has allowed me to influence services within the organization that I was employed. However, because of COVID-19 and the increased awareness of social justice issues, we are seeing an increased level of behavioral health challenges and fear within these communities. Seed Sower LLC is looking to partner with organizations who are looking to evaluate their footprint in these communities and influence change.
