looking forward to a fresh start as Site Manager for Ashvales.

I started working on this site as a plant operstor hired through an agency. short of decent personnel on the ground I was asked to step out and help. After a few weeks on the ground I was given sections of site at a time. with deadlines to hand parts over. completed to a high standard. I managed and ensured this was done with no incident or injury and to a high standard reading drawings and interpreting and transferring of levels for build construction, foundations drainage roadways driveways etc.

working on numerous sites including St Neots/Harlow/Radlett and Leighton Buzzard. providing a safe working environment for colleagues and members of the public alike. with Health Safety and the environment at the forefront of everything we undertook. Arranging and implementing of Traffic Management. Plant and Equipment and ensuring sufficient labour on site at the required times. During my time we successfully delivered multiple roadworks projects including the installation of a roundabout on the A505 between Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard. This was a 21 week project completed on programme and under budget whilst the road remained live bar 2 weeks of night time closures for full resurfacing works as planned.

successfully delivering a network of cut/fill road boxes, materials movement and plant operations ensuring the project was handed back by the deadlines required. managing plant and equipment required to get the works completed as well as the personnel. Ensuring the Plant team on site was adhering to site safety rules and works carried out as per rams. ensuring the signing of day works sheets where required. making sure site diary's and time sheets sent through weekly as well as any material and plant tickets required.

starting as a plant Operator. After a year or so on the 360 was made up to Site supervisor where I first completed my SSSTS. firstly covering other site supervisors during absence periods. I then was given my first couple of sites to run of my own back with the support from Contracts manager and directors.
