I didn’t just fall into sales, I chose it as a path that enabled me to combine a skill to communicate, a love of interaction and a passion for solutions. Following 10 successful years in the sales profession, I have spent the last 10 in senior level leadership positions, shaping the implementation of sales process improvement and business transformation programs that boost commercial performance and create sustained competitive advantage. With demonstrated expertise in sales leadership in challenging markets, I leverage ‘real world’ success leading project streams across organisational design, business restructure, channel partner development, culture change and capability building. I take an organised and analytical approach to problem solving, first sitting back to observe the current state of events so that I can work a way to a bespoke solution that is best suited to the organisation. I bring loyalty, standing by a business as if it were my own to build trusted relationships with C-level leaders, peers and staff that enable me to communicate solutions and inspire innovative change.
