With a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a strong academic foundation, I thrive in environments that challenge my problem-solving abilities and technical skills.Throughout my education and internships, I've honed my expertise in key technical areas such as MATLAB, SOLIDWORKS, COMSOL, Ansys, Arduino IDE, and Biomedical Image Processing. My hands-on lab experience includes 3D printing, microscopy, oscilloscopes, and syringe pumps, which I’ve applied to testing biological tissues and developing complex medical devices.My professional journey includes roles as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Novanta Inc., where I led time studies, designed production layouts that increased yield by 40%, and collaborated on Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement. As a Biomedical Engineering Intern at Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, I worked on innovative projects like 3D modeling pediatric heart valves and developing simulations to study hemodynamics.In addition to my technical skills, I bring strong project management and communication abilities, which I have demonstrated in my research assistant role and in guiding others as a peer mentor.
