Provides quotes, technical support and sales support to both customers and to our service technicians for the sales and service of water booster systems.

Worked with clients to coordinate all Party Rental Equipment necessary to complete their event including tent/canopy sizing and rentals, china, linens, equipment, chairs, tables, etc. Clients included large company coordinators, schools and universities, caterers, homeowners, etc. Parties included Weddings, Graduations, Bar / Bat Mitzvahs, multiple day/event schedules for College Homecomings and Open Houses, Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc. Included meeting with clients in showroom and dealing with clients over the phone.

Booking, Planning and Coordinating Social Functions including Weddings, Reunions, Showers, Birthdays, etc. Included working with Clients, Outside Vendors and Staff to coordinate all details for before and day of event schedules.

Responsible for opening new sales office in Woburn, main office in New York. Included setting up the office, answering customer calls, sales and office support for regional manager and outside salesman. Eventually opened small service area and responsibilities incuded all daily office duties including administrative support, sales support to customers, quoting both new equipment and service jobs, inventory, etc. Headquarters relocated to Wilmington MA and I worked as Inside Sales dealing with customers with technical support, sales quotes, supported outside sales engineers for New England and East Coast region. Attended Semiconductor Trade Shows, Training Programs and Sales Conferences.
