With that being said, I have a diploma in Systems Management and Security. I am very familiar with Windows software deployment technologies along with Microsoft Office products and experience with maintaining, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues for PC’s, monitors, servers, mobile devices, printers, configuring and managing internet and Email connectivity and user accounts from working at the IT Services department at the Nova Scotia Community College. In addition, I am excellent at problem solving for Office 365 and Windows 10 and have experience in this field at the Nova Scotia Community College.
