At Turner Construction, I was a part of the Special Projects Division, which was projects less than $30M. I worked on over a dozen different projects over 4 years. My role on each team evolved from Field Engineer, Project Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, and Project Manager depending on the needs of the project. At times, I held multiple roles at a time.

Bechtel Lab

Loveland, CO

At Garney Construction I worked under Project Engineers and Superintendents assisting in multiple tasks including site inspections, daily site photos, RFIs, gathering submittal information, and ordering the necessary materials to complete certain self performed activities on site.

Little Rock, Arkansas Area

This position was located at the Little Rock Air Force Base in Little Rock, Arkansas. My employment consisted of solving problems and improving processes. Some tasks included compiling SDS sheets, pH testing site water discharge, quantity takeoffs, and construction observations. I utilized computer programs like Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft.

Aurora, Colorado

For the first few months of my employment I worked in the field with the survey department compiling and interpreting data for as-built documents and layout of different project elements for the Eagle P3 Commuter Rail Project. After switching to the engineering department, I assisted project managers with daily site photos, submittals, RFIs, production.

Willowbrook, Illinois

At Frank Novotny & Associates, I acted as the eyes and ears for a licensed professional engineer on their active construction projects including water main replacements, road resurfacing, and storm and sanitary sewer replacements. I conducted quantity take offs for future curb and gutter replacement projects as well as road resurfacing projects.
