Collaborating with Education and Training staff and subject matter experts to develop, deliver and maintain online Educational Resources using the Articulate and Adobe product suites. Designing, developing, updating, and testing online learning activities that demonstrate eLearning best practice and are compatible with ACEM’s Moodle online learning platform and devices accessed by end users. Providing expertise to the College regarding problem solving in the eLearning and multimedia environment, including eLearning queries. Providing expertise with the broader development and maintenance of the College’s Educational Resources, including the updating of styles and themes in web and eLearning resources. Assisting with the development and promotion of a vibrant, positive, and collaborative culture within the College. Demonstrating the ACEM Core Values within the Unit, Department and across the College. Ensuring any allocated deliverables outlined are met to a high standard. Other responsibilities as delegated by Management within the scope of this position.

Reviewing and analysing existing training materials, and coordinating the development of a range of digital and face-to-face training solutions;Developing innovative digital tools that align with and enhance the mobile user experience for a diverse workforce;Utilising standardised and suitable digital templates to develop content to support training designs for mobile technology/devices;Developing engagement materials for end users and Super Users, including videos and presentations;Reviewing training evaluations, measuring the digital user experience of the technology and incorporating any feedback;Building and maintaining relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders to consult, influence and negotiate learning technology issues.
