In the position of Construction Manager I am responsible for the Supervisors who oversee construction of new home builds. My main duties in the position: Manage a team of 25 supervisors and ensure production targets are met and quality is of our standard and BCA compliance Assist site supervisors with methods to improve on site procedures. Communicate with subcontractors and listen to their feedback and requests. Assist / advise construction office staff with any building related queries. Liaise with clients with the Site Supervisors should issues arise.  Oversee a team of 4 maintenance co-ordinators and help to schedule maintenance of completed and ongoing projects
