I have worked in Operations for 14 years, for almost 9 of those years I have worked in Management and Leadership roles. These roles have been within industries such as Records Management, 3PL, Distribution, Warehousing and Transport. From my experience working across different organisations and teams I have grown both personally and professionally. I have completed extensive training in High Performance Leadership, Return to work, OH&S and various promotional courses. I am confident in Facility Management, Cost Management, Process improvement, Time management, People development, Leadership development and Project management. I have had career growth in every company I have worked in and pride myself on upskilling and developing staff.
