The Australian Army is the principal land warfare force of Australia, a part of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) along with the Royal Australian Navy and the Royal Australian Air Force. As Military Police personnel, I provide my commanders with an essential element of command and control through the application of the four main Military Police functions of Law Enforcement - Mobility and Manoeuvre Support; Security; and Internment and Detention operations. My Key Achievements:- Showcased my work ethic and experience while serving in 1MP BN Darwin, undertaking Second In Charge (2IC) duties demonstrating my leadership abilities and qualities. Accountable for morale, discipline and maintaining team cohesiveness, managing our administration and logistics to ensure short notice readiness. Further accountable as the Section Commander, I prepared the section with orders to step off into a battlespace and be equipped with the battlespace intelligence.

As a Communication Systems Operator, I was responsible for operating cutting-edge technology, including satellite terminals, radios and advanced security equipment, providing vital military communications anywhere in the world. Key Responsibilities:• Maintained the ADF’s southern region for Military Messaging, provided support and advice to commanders to assist with Military Messaging faults, used defence systems to create and edit defence users• Acted as the first point of contact for urgent requests for messages• Provided after-hours support and monitored real-time high priority messages
