- Manage and facilitate all packaging tasks related to the development or optimization of packaging solutions, effectively partnering with Marketing, R&D, Engineering, Plant Operations, Procurement, and Packaging suppliers.- Source and review all componentry. Determine material acceptability (compatibility) and functionality (capacity, dispensing) of components.- Request samples, quotes, and lead times from qualified suppliers. Receive samples and drawings and conduct engineering reviews to ensure component fit and function.- Work with lab to determine need for components and order samples of all approved components for testing requirements. Schedule and attend fill line trials at contract manufacturers and author fill trial analysis reports. Make recommendations on fill line improvements to maximize cost savings.- Determine fill declaration to be used on all packages. Recommend decoration techniques that meet graphic and cost requirements. Review artwork for ability to be reproduced in a high quality and consistent manner.- Issue specifications for all components and filling. On site for component approval and filling production.- Establish physical standards and test methods for all Quality Control requirements.

- Act as the system administrator for Association Management System (AMS), Personify.- Coordinate and audit AMS data input; ensure data integrity to achieve maximum effectiveness and alignment with company’s strategic goals; encourage colleagues to accurately input their own data.- Implement AMS applications and modules such as Moves Management, mobile app, and dashboards. Work with Marketing team to encourage members and colleagues to adopt using new tools.- Support Training Department as the first line “help desk” for Personify end-users. Present and contribute at Personify User Group (PUG) meetings. Make “house calls” (to users’ desks) as needed; administer Personify website; answer questions; provide online documentation.- Proactively generate ideas for new reports/analyses that can be used to enhance the understanding of the Company’s current performance. Develop and ensure the data integrity of Data Analyzer reports and Dashboards.- Analyze AMS customer/member data as well as web engagement using tools such as Google Analytics, apply critical thinking to make recommendations for improving our processes, services and offerings.- In partnership with Marketing Managers and VP, design, develop and maintain selected websites and web presences, including Personify e-business. - Assist with the production of multi-media content for websites; catalog website assets – video, content, photos, documents, etc.
