During the amalgamation process, I continued in my role with A&F Sprinklers as Pump Division Manager, I continued with the department's vision and rolled out the in-house Pump Division to A&F's existing client base, during the transition to A&F Sprinklers I had involvement with getting a centralised CRM system in place for the field operations internally. -
Field Service Engineer / CoordinatorHall Fire Protection Limited May 2011 - Apr 2015I joined Hall Fire Protection to aid in developing their in-house Fire Pump Division, I initially started as a Field Service Engineer working across their customer base, I was performing fire pump maintenance and remedial works across the UK as required. As part of my role, I began to assist with estimating remedial works for sprinkler fire pump repairs. As the department grew, internally my role developed into a combination of office work and site-based work including training new engineers in the business and developing existing service engineers on their fire pump knowledge, working on a variety of equipment on LPC / FM and NFPA.
