• Manage PSI’s largest ever procurement project which covers clients in over thirty-five countries, exceeding $650,000,000.00, working with partners that range from Ministries of Health, the Donor and other NGOs.• Directly supporting all Francophone countries' (11) procurement and logistics needs, as well as some other English speaking countries (6) involved in the project.• Coordinate and create custom reports supplied to senior leadership, clients and/or funding sources reflecting budgeted amount, amount spent, pricing achieved, estimated timelines, and other management information.• Manage a separate portfolio covering procurements of pharmaceutical and health commodities and services for Latin America and the Caribbean as well as Eastern Europe and Asia, with diverse languages, shipping and customs requirements. .• Supervise two Procurement & Logistics Officers who provide procurement services for both in-house and third-party clients as well as a Procurement & Sourcing Specialist working remotely from an affiliate office in New Delhi, India.• Perform the entire procurement cycle, including receipt of requisition, solicitation, evaluation, contract award, contract management and close-out.• Ensure supplier adherence to terms and conditions set forth in the contract from inception to delivery of commodities including the review and approval of supplier produced artwork and packaging. • Maintain relationships and communications with suppliers to ensure quality and value by attending face-to-face meetings and phone conferences as well as through email communication. • Lead negotiations with suppliers when appropriate and as necessary.• Manage communications in both French and English with representatives of multiple funding sources as well as clients.
