Oversaw the planning and execution of Sunday services including leading teams of volunteers to perform at a high level of excellence and consistency. Responsible for readiness of our main venue for use on Sunday and other events. Implemented a live stream of our service which included securing the appropriate licenses and making sure we are fully compliant with copyright law. Responsible for the production and editing of weekly announcement videos that involved chroma keying and heavy use of graphical elements. Produced other specialty videos throughout the year (i.e. story videos & bumper videos). The means of post-production being the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.

Edit live event, highlight, and industrial videos using the Apple Final Cut studio.

Responsibilities included working in team and individual situations in which I would set up camera systems ranging from 1 to 8 cameras and train temporary retail staff. Following set up for each job I would operate a camera, and in some situations be a team leader. Events were videotaped live for DVD production and would last up to 12 hours at a time. Heavy direct contact with customers and clients to ensure satisfaction.

Responsible for management of staff assignments and customer service issues. Worked directly with customers to insure that they were satisfied with their challenge course experience.
