Nathan Richards worked as the Director of Football Operations at Valparaiso University managing the day to day operations of the program. He graduated from Georgia State University with his Masters in Sport Administration in December of 2022. He worked as a Football Operations & Recruiting Intern at Kennesaw State University with their football program. He worked as a contractor for J3 Communications, LLC. This job at J3 sustained Nathan as he pursued his desire to work in college football recruiting. Prior to Georgia State, Nathan worked as the Operations & Recruiting Assistant for New Mexico State University football for 3 years. This was a volunteer position. He gained experience in recruiting, football operations, video and compliance. Throughout his time at NMSU, the Aggies ended a 57 year bowl drought and signed 3 of the best recruiting classes in school history. Before working at NMSU, Nathan received his Bachelor’s of Science in Business and Sport Professions from North Greenville University. While at NGU, he served as a student assistant for the football team working in recruiting, video, equipment management and football operations.Nathan’s goal is to be able to invest in individuals through sport and to impact his community.
