About Nathan Russell

I practice primarily in family law, civil litigation, business law, and in a number of other areas. I pride myself on my preparation; I cannot and will never guarantee results, but I try to approach every single case with the same level of focus and involvement. Whenever a case goes to trial, it is my goal to be more prepared than the other side, and I find that results often follow.I am an avid college football fan, and try to incorporate Alabama coach Nick Saban's "Process" into the way I approach the practice of law. Focusing on the interim steps in a case, and making sure I approach every case with the same level of attention to detail and preparation regularly can lead to the desired result. Without attention to detail and preparation, it is unlikely to attain such a result.
