Manages and oversees a staff of 70-75 IT professionals and specialize in the following areas:• oversees a diverse support staff that manages the network, desktops, and servers of our clients on a daily basis including technicians in three countries• implementation of all IT related Hardware and Software on client networks.• responsible for active help desk supporting 200+ clients across around the world• site moves and expansions to new office locations for clients.• implementation of hosted VOIP phone systems, hosted MS Exchange • converting physical servers to virtual servers with use of VMWare and HyperV, • new networking infrastructure builds with use of Cisco, HP, and Sonicwall equipment (as well as other hardware).• Cloud services• manages vendors and subcontractors on a daily basis• created and maintain IT Documentation for business continuity• coordinates carrier services including Fiber, Copper, MPLS, and voice (SIP) on behalf of clients• c-level escalation for client relations• Human Resources
