Excellent data is critical to lowering the cost of NZ health services and a starting point for the future integration of DHB systems and technologies. My role was to connect all 20DHBs to a single product and data catalog to enable a national shared product catalog.I managed a team to manage the process and data, as well as creating and managing EDI aspects with health industry suppliers. I was directly accountable for the full scope of this service to the four Auckland DHBs and aligning teams in the 16 other DHBs to achieve common data and practices.

My role included responsibilities for shared aspects of NZPost, Kiwibank, Datam and Courierpost.
