- Representing CRW in cost control meetings. Ensuring all protocols are inline with CRW meeting accumulation dates, highlighting problems, completing as many recoveries as possible and creating contingencies with engineering, materials and the cost control teams to ensure GE are constantly under target in terms of engine costs- Locating cost out opportunities across site- Formulating TAT analysis on piece parts in order to provide data driven commits for customers- Driving the implementation of a Global Research Operations tool used to minimise TAT, maximise throughput and to provide data driven commits. Which utilises machine, resource and capacity capabilities to optimise tasks throughout Component Repair Wales. - Web development/design- Providing day-to-day ad-hoc support of the Planning department - running reports, collecting and analysing data and liaising with internal customers- Carrying out scheduling analysis in order to plan future contingencies within CRW order to hit our p90- Providing data analysis and reports to support Lean improvement processes on site by identifying problem areas with high variability and wastage to increase productivity and efficiency(CFM Gate 1 gearbox cost out project)- Daily interactions with both senior leadership and shop floor operators and understanding the differing needs from both internal customers- Liaising on a regular basis with GRC and GE Power teams

 Maintaining client and employee databases was insightful into business activity, enhancing organisational skills and technical skills in spreadsheet analysis and other database programs. Evaluating situations independently and creating workable solutions, required problem solving skills. Being a team leader on certain occasions for events, delegating roles to workers, having a clear vision for a successful output and enthusing colleagues to work for a common goal. Data administration work gave me a first-hand experience in dealing with the company’s information system. Liaising with incoming clients and students whilst taking phone calls many which were international, thus demonstrating the ability to convey complex information coherently.
