FFA/AFC B Licence HolderEnthusiastic and out going person with a passion and drive to increase child participation in sport. Currently partaking in my FFA/AFC A Diploma.I have successfully created and sustained school programs and partnerships in the surrounding areas of the club. With nothing in place prior to my appointment, I have built and managed an extremely popular schools program in no less than 12 schools in the south-west suburbs of Brisbane, in addition to other partnerships such as carrying out charitable work for various causes, sharing venues for the desired needs of both the club & the schools.I have played a part in building & strengthening school football academies at various levels, providing best practice training sessions to help up-skill school football coaches, coaching regularly to expose players & school staff to academy standards and assisting with tactical periodisation within a school environment.I have vast experience in community coaching as well as elite level coaching in addition to the above mentioned roles, through various positions such a as carrying out the school programs I created & coaching various teams within the Lions FC Academy. I possess elite junior coaching experience having coached an u11 SAP team (2020) and u12 SAP team (2021). I have coached at St.Peters Lutheran College as the 1st XI Assistant & Head coach of the 2nd XI. I have also coached the Lions FC U18 FQA1 team for the past 3 seasons.
