This supervisory role involves training and supporting campus interns in the areas of facilities maintenance and food service. This requires flexibility, leadership skills including the ability to assess and train interns for multiple roles, set expectations, plan for and facilitate daily and weekly meetings, and follow up when issues arise. Problem-solving and project management play a huge role in my daily activities.

I assist the college by overseeing the recruitment of new students, managing on-going communication and tracking touches to reach campus enrollment goals. Recruiting management involves accurate data management, consistent tracking and communication, and the planning and executing of recruiting events. I also facilitate the Student Life Director's schedule to support the success of our currently enrolled students.

In this role I supported the Youth America Operations Manager by providing the following services; recorded income and expenses for multiple departments including credit, cash, and bank accounts; processed purchase orders with local and online vendors; created and annalized reports such as actual versus budgeted, profit and loss, and worked in Microsoft Excel and Wufoo to track internal processes.
