Moving from woven to ventrica was a process that was very straightforward, effectively moving our whole team from one company to another whilst still maintaining the same role and skills. Adapting to new systems and new environments was easy and ventrica have helped a great deal with this move.

Woven was a contact centre with both inbound and outbound calls raging from customer service and sales calls. During my time at woven I had rolls that varied in both of these skill sets, learnt systems, data logging. The customer service roll I then took up was there for 3 years up until a point where the campaign left woven. This left myself and my team in a vulnerable position, luckily Woven wished to keep me and I took a roll in another company in which I am still involved with even though I am no longer with woven. This role is in data gathering and then finding the perfect fit for each client.
